1. Requests and order acceptance
ONE ARCYS Custom Apparel provides custom apparel for businesses, teams and individuals. Catalog, B2B, TEEVAULT and mixed-cart submissions are requests for a quote during phase 1. A request is not an order confirmation, payment confirmation, final price or production authorization. We target a response to new quote requests within 1 business day during our published business hours. Messages received outside those hours are handled on the next business day.
2. Prices, shipping and taxes
Prices are in USD. Orders are made to order and no additional shipping or tax charge is added to the customer-approved total under our current pricing policy. The product builder identifies garment and printing charges where applicable; the final quote identifies the subtotal, printing, other agreed charges, shipping, applicable tax and final total. We confirm availability and the terms of acceptance before an order is accepted. This customer pricing policy does not state that the business or its sales are tax-exempt. Volume pricing is available only through an individually reviewed B2B quote.
3. Artwork, sizes and approval
Upload only designs, logos and images you have permission to use. You authorize us to process that material to prepare your requested design and fulfill the agreed order. Review the final proof, product, color, sizes, quantities, print dimensions and locations, price and fulfillment details before expressly approving them. Approval must be recorded in the dashboard or another verifiable confirmation linked to the order. A preview is not a guarantee of exact screen-to-fabric color or an automatic certification of production resolution. We review production suitability before printing. We do not promise exclusivity in AI-generated content or rights in third-party trademarks.
4. Payment scope
When enabled for an eligible Studio order, online payment is a separate Stripe step for the complete order total, after artwork, delivery address, dispatch window, final price and terms approval. An unavailable payment option is not an offer to charge you. A browser return or success page alone is not proof of payment. Catalog, TEEVAULT and mixed carts do not support automatic payment in phase 1. Separately quoted B2B contracts normally use a 50% deposit and 50% before dispatch or delivery, with the actual terms and payment methods stated on the individual invoice; this arrangement is not an automated Studio installment plan.
5. Production and dispatch
The ordinary production target is 5–7 business days, subject to confirmed availability and complexity, after garments and materials are confirmed, the required payment is received, and the final proof, sizes and quantities are approved and recorded. This target starts when the last of those requirements is completed and excludes transit time. We communicate a realistic dispatch date or window before accepting an order. Rush work and any surcharge require a separately accepted quote. If we cannot meet an agreed dispatch date, we communicate the delay and provide the consent, cancellation or refund options required by law. This production description does not extend any mandatory legal shipment or refund deadline.
6. Changes, cancellations and problems
Our Returns and Cancellations policy governs requests before and after personalized production starts, subject to mandatory law. No material substitution of garment, size, color, delivery method or dispatch date is made without your express agreement. Contact insight@onearcys.com promptly about an error, defect or delivery issue and include your reference. Legal remedies for nonconforming goods, misleading statements and nondelivery are preserved.

We are based in Middletown, New York and ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Local pickup, walk-in visits and international shipping are not offered in phase 1.
